Stravinsky - Rite of Spring Part 1 (MIDI/MAM)
I continue to be puzzled at the controversial "popularity" of this innocent little vid lol. This is nowhere near as TRANSGRESSIVE as my guitar arrangements nor as educational as my analysis vids...please check those out if you get a chance, they are my REAL videos, this is just a fun little experiment.... Guitar arrangements of classical music vids: lvbandmore.blogspot.com Color-coded Analysis vids (classical music visually explained): lvbandmore.blogspot.com 8-Bit Version of RITE: www.youtube.com Rock Version of RITE: www.youtube.com MIDI sequenced by Galimberti. MAM player coded by S. Malinowski. Edited with CamStudio, Virtualdub, Adobe Audition (the video is a bit choppy because of the capture software, not the MAM player). I spent zero time on the MIDI sounds, this is just for analysis purposes.
LAGQ: Loose Canon (From the theme of Johannes Pachelbel's Canon in D)
Guitar Quartet Joseph Ray Tolentino Ferdinand Medina Jeffrey Malazo Roneil Santos Pachelbel's Canon in D major, a piece of chamber music scored for three violins and basso continuo and originally paired with a gigue in the same key, experienced a tremendous surge in popularity during the 1970s (believed to have originated through a recording by Jean-François Paillard in 1970), which made it a universally recognized cultural item; it is one of the most recognized and famous classical compositions. Numerous musical adaptations and arrangements of the canon for diverse ensembles exist and the main theme (or the associated harmonic sequence) is frequently adapted by pop music artists, much like the opening of Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor, BWV 565. The gigue that originally accompanied the canon never received the same amount of popularity, even though it is a lively energetic dance. LAGQ is known for their affinity for different musical styles and for exploring striking, unprocessed effects for nylon-string guitars. Compositions like "African Suite" and "Gongan," from their eponymous Sony debut, find the boys attaching staples, alligator clips, aluminum foil, and strips of leather to their guitar strings to evoke the sounds of African kalimbas and a gamelan ensemble. The groups take on Pachelbels Canon ("The Pachelbel Loose Canon," from their For Thy Pleasure CD) begins with an eloquent statement of Pachelbels beloved theme and then quickly digresses with a set of ...
GFHandel - Aria of samson (Samsono arija)
ENGLISH: Well this is the result of 2 years learning classical singing. This was a Republic junior talent festival-competition in which i competed and won 2nd place in D category i guess its not too shabby eh even if it isn't the greatest achievement yet :-D i hope that classical music lovers will comment this video. By the way, I wasn't in good shape while singing at the time, because i was ill few days before. Well anyhow, just watch and i hope you'll enjoy. Nuopelnai skirti Mok.Metodinininkui Vytautui Kliukinskui. Tikiuosi jums patiks. :-)
