Check out this “professionally” recorded version of Malaguena Facil by Francisco Tarrega. It’s a rare piece that I enjoy playing at concerts. People often ask me why it’s called “facil” (easy). I think Tarrega found it easy, and perhaps it’s not difficult for others as well. My teacher learned from Pujol, who was a student of Tarrega. I play this piece with admiration and respect for them. Let’s listen to the music!
